Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)

The Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC) in Beaumont, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of women, infants, and children who are at risk for nutrition-related issues. Our mission is to empower mothers through personalized nutrition education and support, ensuring that they have the resources needed for a healthy start for their children. WIC offers a range of services including individual nutrition counseling, group classes, and specialized support for breastfeeding mothers, as well as providing essential nutritious foods such as iron-fortified infant formula, cereals, milk, and fresh produce. We welcome fathers and caregivers to participate in our educational programs, recognizing the vital role they play in family nutrition. WIC serves pregnant women, new mothers, and families with children under five, with eligibility based on income and nutritional need. Our goal is to connect families with important health and social services, creating a stronger, healthier community.
