N4L supports beneficiaries from most Medicaid and Older American Act programs, with eligibility varying by state and program. For Medicare Advantage participants, we provide options as part of some post-discharge and chronic care support programs, currently focusing on PPO plans. We also offer an affordable self-pay option at $7.75 per meal for those seeking convenient meal deliveries.
