Jessica Matisoff

Jessica Matisoff is a licensed professional counselor, RPT, and EMDR specialist dedicated to working with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, and family issues. She strives to help her clients become the best versions of themselves, fostering a readiness to engage in both therapy and day-to-day life. Jessica believes in promoting happiness, health, and a profound sense of belonging and purpose. Jessica began her counseling journey in various North Texas school districts, where she worked with a diverse range of individuals in individual and group settings, addressing social skills, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Most recently, she contributed her expertise at a private practice, focusing on children and their families. Her passion lies in supporting families from the age of 3 throughout their lifespan, aiding them in healing and overcoming difficulties.
