Elaina Whittenhall

Elaina Whittenhall is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor, holding credentials including ATR-BC, LPC-AT, and LCPC. She understands that many individuals feel disconnected from their actions, unsure why they respond or feel the way they do. Her mission is to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, creating a safe space for them to explore their inner experiences. By focusing on the breadth of each individual's journey, Elaina guides them to disentangle their feelings from self-judgment, allowing them to discover meaning in both their struggles and triumphs. Elaina possesses an MS in art therapy/counseling and an MA in theology, with a particular interest in supporting creative individuals or those affected by their experiences in Christian or other religious traditions. Through art therapy, she encourages clients to explore new perspectives, while also equipping them with tools to cope with life's challenges and express their core truths in alignment with their values. In addition to her experiential methods, she offers trauma-informed talk therapy utilizing the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), and welcomes clients from all backgrounds, regardless of their faith.
