Caroline Hedenberg

Caroline Hedenberg is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist with a wealth of experience in the field since 2003. Trained at Seton Shoal Creek Hospital, she has worked in both the inpatient social work and utilization review departments, providing individual therapy, group therapy, and case management for clients dealing with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance abuse. As the Social Work Lead at Shoal Creek, Caroline oversaw the inpatient team and the utilization review team, skillfully addressing the clinical and administrative needs of both departments. Currently, she contributes her expertise as a board member of Carrying Hope, an organization that supports children in Central Texas entering foster care. Outside of her professional commitments, Caroline enjoys a rich personal life filled with reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with friends and family. As a devoted mother of three, she actively participates in her children's school and extracurricular activities, reflecting her belief in the importance of community and support in personal growth and well-being. Caroline's holistic approach to therapy encompasses a collaborative method focused on fostering lasting recovery and enhancing treatment outcomes for her clients.
