Ashley Card

Ashley Card is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCDC) who specializes in empowering individuals through therapy. Her approach is rooted in the belief that everyone possesses the inherent capacity to manifest their ideal lives. In her practice, she creates a safe and comfortable environment, allowing clients to gain insight into their personal journeys. Utilizing a blend of Family Systems, Somatic, Strength-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Ashley expertly guides her clients through their struggles and growth opportunities, helping them to trust themselves and follow their intuition. With extensive experience addressing issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational difficulties, she fosters a strong therapeutic relationship that provides a supportive space for processing current frustrations and heartaches. Ashley began her academic journey at Texas A&M University, earning her undergraduate degree in psychology, and furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s in Counseling from St. Edward's University. She believes that 'right thinking is the first step toward a better life,' and that 'what is to give light must endure burning.'
