Our service is designed for individuals who qualify for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act, as well as for those seeking a self-pay option. We provide nourishing meals crafted by a Registered Dietitian to cater to specific health needs related to various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and convenience for our clients. For those eligible, our service can be accessed through case managers, Medicaid providers, or local Area Agencies on Aging. We also offer a self-pay program, allowing anyone to enjoy our custom meal deliveries at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, plus a flat-rate shipping fee. In addition, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, further supporting our mission to deliver comprehensive nutrition solutions for better health.
