Hays County Food Bank, located in Austin, TX, is dedicated to providing food assistance to low-income households and individuals facing food emergencies due to job loss, medical issues, or unforeseen disasters. We offer a drive-thru food pantry service, ensuring our clients receive essential emergency food in a safe and convenient manner. Our distribution schedule outlines when and where you can access our services, with a walk-up option available at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Kyle. We understand the challenges some may face in reaching our locations; therefore, individuals aged 65 and older in San Marcos may qualify for our food delivery service if they are unable to visit in person. To ensure equitable access, households can visit one distribution each week, and we also allow for proxies to pick up food for those who are unable to do so themselves.
