Marilyn, a military veteran, has a deep understanding of military culture and the unique stresses associated with it, allowing her to connect with clients facing issues such as addiction, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, stress management, relationship difficulties, self-esteem building, and grief. Her therapeutic modalities include Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, all delivered in a non-judgmental environment where each client is treated with dignity and respect.
