With a background in law spanning 24 years and 17 years as a mediator, Doug has a unique perspective on the pressures often faced in professional life. Doug has worked closely with at-risk teens and young adults, aiding them in managing the thoughts and emotions stemming from abuse, neglect, addiction, and issues related to food and housing insecurity. EMDR-trained, Doug employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside other modalities to assist his clients in recognizing their stressors and overcoming obstacles to improve their quality of life.
