Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Arlington, TX, is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families with limited income through essential nutrition education and food safety training. Our engaging classes cover important topics such as basic nutrition, budget-friendly shopping, simple meal preparation, and food safety, with a strong emphasis on increasing physical activity. We utilize hands-on activities and research-based materials, delivered in both English and Spanish, to ensure that our participants can easily apply what they learn. We invite community members to join our group sessions of at least 10 individuals, fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
