MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Alvin, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with tailored weight management solutions that align with their individual needs. We offer a range of options including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer to track their progress independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require additional assistance despite trying our initial programs.
