Hiba Alkhadra

Hiba Alkhadra is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in counseling from Houston Baptist University. She combines her extensive knowledge from her Bachelor's degrees in psychology and economics, along with a minor in religious studies, to assist a wide range of individuals, including teens and adults, in their journey toward emotional well-being. Hiba understands that reaching out for help can be challenging, but she believes it is the crucial first step toward leading a life that feels authentic. She creates a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that fosters insight, helping her clients learn how their experiences shape their perceptions of the world and themselves. With experience in both inpatient hospital settings and community health agencies, Hiba specializes in supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. She is deeply committed to working with clients from marginalized backgrounds, advocating that therapy should be accessible to everyone. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and a person-centered, strength-based perspective, Hiba is passionate about guiding her clients towards achieving their personal goals.
