Becca Auen

Becca Auen is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree, specializing in supporting women and female teens and preteens facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, and relational and family issues. With over 13 years of experience as a School Counselor and a background in counseling children, college students, and teens, Becca understands the difficult challenges life can present. She values the therapeutic process and is honored to accompany her clients as they navigate their next steps. Becca offers a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Biblical-based Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), blended family counseling, co-parent counseling, and solution-focused therapy, all delivered in engaging and interactive sessions. Her passion lies in equipping women and female teens/preteens with the necessary tools to find resolution, change, and hope. She recognizes that finding the right therapist can be a courageous step, and she is committed to providing a supportive environment where clients can share their stories, explore their feelings, and discover hope, even when circumstances feel overwhelming.
