Located in White House, TN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those affected by swallowing disorders by offering a range of specialized services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
