The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Union City, TN, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, 12-month program designed to empower participants with essential knowledge and skills for effective diabetes management. Offered in both English and Spanish, this program provides six informative e-booklets and a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community resources. Participants also gain access to our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, where they can engage directly with American Diabetes Association experts, ask questions on diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways.
