Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, located in Sparta, TN, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who are experiencing financial difficulties. We understand the challenges faced by individuals of diverse backgrounds and those living in underserved rural communities, which is why we provide six free wellness kits delivered every two months. Each kit is thoughtfully curated and may include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources to promote overall well-being.
