Based in Signal Mountain, TN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to transforming the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is proactively screened for obesity, with tailored referrals to a range of weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while Veterans facing ongoing challenges can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
