A Loving Option Adoption, part of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, is dedicated to supporting families throughout the adoption journey across all 36 counties in the Knoxville Diocese, including Rogersville, TN. We provide a compassionate environment where aspiring parents can access essential services such as options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal and nutrition education, as well as postnatal care guidance. Our mission is to empower families by offering the resources they need to navigate the adoption process with confidence and care.
