Located in Rockwood, TN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to enhance quality of life through access to specialized food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapeutic tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
