Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors in Portland, TN, is dedicated to supporting individuals overcoming the challenges of cancer with compassion and care. Our program provides six free wellness kits delivered every two months to cancer survivors facing financial hardships, especially those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural communities underserved by the health care system. Each kit is designed to enhance well-being and may include essential items such as a water bottle, journal, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources to aid in the healing process. We believe in empowering cancer survivors through practical support and easy access to wellness tools, all shipped free within the United States and Canada, while international customers are welcome to participate with a responsibility for shipping costs and any applicable fees.
