Rachel Fleischer is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, MHSP) specializing in working with adults and couples. She employs a nonjudgmental, affirming, and open approach to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere for her clients. Rachel strives to empower individuals to foster positive changes and cultivate a meaningful life, believing firmly that the therapeutic relationship should be supportive, honest, and collaborative. Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Rachel is dual licensed in Tennessee and Florida, bringing a wealth of knowledge with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also certified in Prepare/Enrich Premarital and Marital Counseling and is currently pursuing certification in Imago Relationship Therapy. Before joining Music City Psych, Rachel provided psychotherapy to individuals and groups in a variety of therapeutic settings. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, staying active, and embracing new learning experiences.
