Janet Heilbronn is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, dedicated to guiding adults and elders on their healing journeys. With extensive experience in addiction—both process and substance—as well as trauma, she welcomes individuals at various stages of recovery. Known for her innovative, 'out of the box' approach, Janet excels with those who are ready to engage in therapeutic work that transcends traditional talk therapy. She is passionate about helping clients uncover and embrace their authentic selves, even if they haven't yet fully defined that identity. Janet is trained in a diverse range of modalities, including Brainspotting, Experiential Therapy, Somatic Work, and Breathwork, and is well-versed in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Family Constellation work. She specializes in identifying and healing patterns of codependency within systems, offering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their questions and concerns.
