Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Mountain City, TN, who are experiencing financial hardships. Our program provides six free wellness kits every two months to individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, particularly those living in rural communities underserved by the healthcare system. Each wellness kit is designed to promote overall well-being and may include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources tailored to enhance the recovery experience. We believe in empowering survivors with the tools they need to foster their health and resilience, ensuring they feel cared for and supported during their journey to wellness.
