Located in Memphis, TN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by ensuring they have access to essential resources tailored to their unique dietary needs. We provide critical food assistance through food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to low-income individuals struggling with swallowing disorders.
