The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Loudon, TN, is dedicated to promoting healthier food choices for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission centers on providing vital nutrition education, supplemental food, breastfeeding support, and essential healthcare referrals. We also proudly participate in the WIC Farmer's Market Nutrition Program, ensuring access to fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables for our participants across several counties including Coffee, Knox, and Rutherford. As we adapt our services during COVID-19, we continue to support our community through remote consultations and by expanding the range of food options available, helping families make healthier choices.
