A Loving Option Adoption, a dedicated program of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, proudly serves families throughout all 36 counties within the Knoxville Diocese, including Lenoir City. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support for those pursuing adoption, ensuring that every child in need finds a loving home. We offer essential services such as options counseling, financial assistance, prenatal and nutrition education, as well as postnatal care education, all aimed at guiding families through each step of the adoption journey with compassion and understanding.
