Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in La Follette, TN, by providing vital resources to enhance their well-being during challenging times. Our program offers six complimentary wellness kits every two months, aimed at individuals facing financial difficulties, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or those residing in rural areas lacking adequate health care access. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully curated and may contain essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources to promote healing and recovery. By delivering these wellness kits, we strive to empower cancer survivors with the tools they need to navigate their journey with hope and resilience.
