Terilyn Fesler, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and pre-licensed professional, holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands, graduating in 2019. Terilyn possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly in assisting victims of domestic violence, as well as children and adolescents grappling with depression and anxiety. She sees clients aged 13 and older and emphasizes the importance of acceptance by recognizing that all emotions have significance and purpose. Through her skilled application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other modalities, Terilyn helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, alleviating distress.
