Since 2014, she has played various roles in the mental health field, currently pursuing her Ph.D. and adopting a person-centered approach that recognizes each individual's expertise in their life. Skilled in diverse therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Katrise joyfully engages with both individuals and couples.
