Ashlee Hyatt is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist who understands that when individuals feel overwhelmed, it can be difficult to believe in their own strength. With a client-centered approach, Ashlee empowers her clients by recognizing that they are the experts on their own experiences. She firmly believes that, with the right support and tools, anyone can achieve healing. Ashlee has extensive experience working with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood swings, low self-esteem, anger management, life transitions, past trauma (including physical, sexual, and emotional), stress management, disability/loss, and grief. She holds her LCSW and has completed a specialized certificate in trauma treatment from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Ashlee is EMDR-trained and has effectively utilized this method for clients with complex trauma. She personalizes her therapeutic techniques to align with each individual’s personality, resources, and specific concerns. Understanding that life's emotional journey can be filled with both joy and sorrow, she believes that no one should have to navigate their struggles alone. Ashlee strives to be a compassionate presence, sitting with her clients in their distress and guiding them toward healing and growth.
