As an addiction specialist, Al provides support for those struggling with alcoholism and opiate addiction through individual, couples, and family therapy. With an extensive background, he has contributed to two psychiatric hospitals and has served as an adjunct faculty member at esteemed institutions like The University of Tennessee, Maryville College, and Johnson University. For 20 years, he dedicated one day each week to working within a medical practice, where he integrated mental health and physical health issues alongside doctors from six to eight counties.
