April Garner is a respected licensed clinical social worker in both Tennessee and Pennsylvania, and a certified sex therapist recognized by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). She holds a master's degree in clinical social work from the University of Tennessee, where she graduated in 2008, and furthered her education with a master's of education and a Ph.D. in human sexuality from Widener University.
