Located in Cordova, TN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals with swallowing difficulties have access to the necessary food assistance and tools they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
