In Bloom, MS, BCBA, LBA, dedicates her life to helping families understand and address the unique needs of their loved ones, facilitating growth and overcoming barriers. With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and fifteen years working with individuals with special needs within community and family settings, she emphasizes the importance of support in building strong family units and fostering autonomy and independence. In Bloom offers a comprehensive understanding of ABA, having served as an in-home respite care provider, a clinician at the May Institute, and a mentee of Dr. John McEachin, Ph.D., at Vanderbilt University, where she contributed to early intervention services. Her passion lies in enhancing the quality of life for individuals on the Autism spectrum and their families. Acknowledging the effort required in this journey, she and her team celebrate the growth achieved along the way.
