Located in Clarksville, TN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to offer vital support through a diverse range of services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods tailored for those with dietary restrictions, therapy tools to aid in swallowing, oral care supplies for daily hygiene, and adaptive equipment designed for ease of use.
