Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors serves the Chattanooga, TN community by providing essential wellness kits to cancer survivors facing financial difficulties, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in underserved rural areas. Every two months, qualified recipients receive six thoughtfully curated wellness kits that may include items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources to support their journey toward recovery. Our mission is to ensure that no survivor feels alone in their battle against cancer, providing practical tools that promote well-being and resilience in the face of challenges. All kits are delivered free of charge across the United States and Canada, ensuring accessibility for those in need.
