Ruth Juneau, a pre-licensed professional with a master's degree and NCC credentials, is dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic space. Her hope is to meet every client with an open heart, fostering a connection to peace, spaciousness, and belonging that helps navigate any obstacle. Ruth employs an integrative, trauma-informed approach, aiming to incorporate the whole person into the healing process—mind, body, and spirit. Tailoring her methods to the unique needs and interests of each individual, she utilizes various therapeutic approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT principles and skills, IFS, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing (SomEx), and Experiential Therapy. Passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, Ruth has particular expertise in areas such as eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and women's issues. She holds a firm belief that everyone is capable of change and healing, and is excited to assist clients in embracing their true selves by overcoming barriers to authentic living.
