Meredith utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method, to help clients develop coping skills, establish healthy boundaries, and improve communication within their relationships. Throughout her internship and early practice, she has worked with individuals, couples, and families, facilitating a journey towards building self-esteem and restoring healthy dynamics.
