Heather A. Olson is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a wealth of experience focusing on the mental health of children and adolescents aged 6 to 17. She obtained her LCSW in 2007 after earning her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2003. Throughout her career, Heather has worked extensively with children facing severe behavioral and emotional disorders, developmental disabilities, and a myriad of other challenges. Her professional journey includes roles as an adoption counselor, therapist in a partial hospitalization program, and as a school social worker, along with experience in medical social work at two large hospitals.
