Located in Antioch, TN, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is committed to fostering healthy nutrition for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, alongside infants and children up to five years old. We provide essential services including nutrition education, supplemental food assistance, breastfeeding support, and health care referrals to strengthen the well-being of families in our community. Our participation in the WIC Farmer's Market Nutrition Program allows us to offer fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables to our participants, promoting access to nutritious options across several counties including Coffee, Hickman, Knox, and more. We prioritize making our services accessible, especially during COVID-19, by conducting consultations via phone and expanding the variety of food items available for those we serve.
