Caring Together is a compassionate partnership based in York, PA, dedicated to addressing the unique needs of individuals living with HIV. We provide a coordinated system of high-quality care that ensures easy access to essential services, regardless of a client's ability to pay. Our program offers confidential HIV testing, comprehensive medical care, and personalized case management to help clients navigate their health journeys. With one point of contact for all services, our clinical team carefully assesses each individual's needs, connects them to community resources, and offers assistance with transportation, housing, food pantries, utilities, and more. We believe in equitable access to healthcare, and we are proud to provide sliding scale fees based on income to ensure no one is turned away from vital medical services. At Caring Together, we strive to empower our clients by delivering not just medical support but also connections to vital community resources, fostering a caring and supportive environment for everyone we serve.
