MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in York, PA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and wellness of Veterans through a comprehensive and individualized approach to weight management. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their unique needs. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home support and connection with clinicians. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app facilitates independent weight management. Additionally, Veterans seeking further assistance can explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options after trying our program.
