Maria Braithwaite is a dedicated bilingual therapist (Spanish) who graduated with a master's degree in mental health counseling from Messiah University. With over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, she is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health. Maria's life experiences and challenges have fueled her passion for supporting others on their journey. She offers a non-judgmental space where clients can feel secure as they navigate their paths toward mental well-being. Each individual has a unique story to tell, and Maria believes in the power of those narratives to foster healing. Her goal is to help clients understand the roads they have traveled and chart a new course toward better mental health. Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Positive Psychology, Art Therapy, Trauma-Focused approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Maria provides individualized support to ensure that her clients feel heard and understood.
