The Meal Support Program in Williamsport, PA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program fosters a safe and nurturing environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals that encourage healthy eating alongside essential emotional support. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants have the flexibility to engage in as many meal support times as their schedules allow. Each session is thoughtfully facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. While we focus on supportive meal experiences, please note that this program is not a substitute for urgent care or crisis intervention; if you need immediate assistance, we recommend contacting emergency services or texting HEALING to 741741.
