The Meal Support Program in Wilkes Barre, PA, is dedicated to providing essential meal support designed for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible, and informative virtual meal support sessions, held four times daily, which include two lunch and two dinner opportunities. Each session fosters a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy meals together, guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are on the path to achieving their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support and nutritional guidance, please note that we are not a crisis response service. Those in need of urgent help can reach out to proper crisis resources as necessary. Join us in our mission to nurture recovery and promote healthy eating habits in a compassionate community.
