Home Delivered Meals

Home Delivered Meals is a vital service provided by the Luzerne County Agency on Aging in Wilkes Barre, PA, dedicated to ensuring that seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals receive nutritious food directly to their homes. Our program offers weekly meal deliveries, as well as ongoing support from a dedicated Care Manager who regularly checks in on participants to assess their ongoing needs for meal services and any additional health or special assistance they may require.
