Family Support

Family Support in Wilkes Barre, PA, is dedicated to assisting individuals affected by Prader-Willi syndrome along with their families and caregivers. Our mission is to provide vital resources and compassionate guidance right at the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information and emotional support. We offer a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education tailored for unique dietary needs, behavior management strategies, and assistance navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
