MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in West Chester, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to appropriate weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance and clinician contact. For those who prefer to manage their weight independently, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with the option for medically supervised weight loss treatments, including medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have engaged with MOVE! yet still struggle with overweight issues. Services may vary by facility, and interested Veterans are encouraged to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to embark on their weight loss journey.
