Our meticulously crafted meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to the unique nutritional needs of clients facing various health challenges, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We support Medicaid and Older American Act recipients by delivering meals that align with their benefits; eligibility varies by state and program, and we encourage clients to consult their Case Managers for assistance. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, select plans may include meal delivery as part of their support services. Additionally, we offer an affordable self-pay option at $7.75 per meal for those seeking the convenience of home-delivered meals without a qualifying health plan. Nutrition for Longevity also extends its services to include Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients' health and well-being.
